1 tsp tea + 1 cup boiling water, turn off at the first signs of boiling, best poured between 85 - 95 degrees - infuse for 2-10 mins and strain.
Iced
1 tbsp + 1 litre boiling water, turn off at first signs of boiling, best poured between 85 - 95 degrees - infuse 2 -20 mins and strain. (Depending on the strength you prefer) and strain.
