Hot Black

1 tsp + 1 cup boiling water, infuse 2 - 5 min and strain

Iced Black

 Brew as above, serve cold with ice.

Latte

1 tbsp + 60ml water just off the boil, add your favorite milk and steam.

Iced Latte

(please try this, it's the best!)

Prepare your brew earlier and let cool, easiest is to let it boil on stove, 2 tbsp - 100ml water for 2 mins and then let simmer, add your favourite milk 400ml and honey to taste, simmer for 2-5 mins, let cool in fridge and serve on ice!
